Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team, negotiate pharma contracts, and support formulary decisions with cost modeling and budget impact analyses. The role emphasizes strategic relationship management with manufacturers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PBM/healthcare contracts, pharmacy credentials, and a track record in rebate contracting and formulary management.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PBM/healthcare plan experience.
• Experience negotiating rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion.
• Ability to model costs, forecast rebates and perform budget impact analyses.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with pharma, customers, Navitus, and vendors.
• Ensure necessary pharma sources and internal resources are available to meet needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for competitive pharma contract structures and related processes.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure rebates/discounts are understood and to resolve issues; support P&T processes with financial modeling.
• Lead pharma negotiations and seek opportunities to expand high net rebates for the lowest net cost PBM for Navitus' clients.
• Lead, train and develop the team of Navitus Contractors for career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
