Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team and strengthen relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will negotiate rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion, and provide economic analyses to support client formulary decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a Pharm.D. (or MBA) with 5+ years in PBM/healthcare contracting, and have proven negotiation and leadership skills to drive strategic growth and ensure low net

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D is preferred. MBA or applicable degree or experience is desired.
At least 5 years PBM/Healthcare plan experience with rebate contracting and formulary management experience.
At least 1 year experience in contract negotiation with preference in Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Part D rebate contracting.

Responsibilities

Lead team of Rebate Contractors to support relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Negotiate contracts with rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion.
Provide cost modeling, rebate forecasting and budget impact analyses for client formularies.
Lead, train and develop the team of Navitus Contractors.
Support P&T processes and cross-functional collaboration with Drug Information and operational teams.
