Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the team of Rebate Contractors and manage strategic pharma contracts. The role focuses on rebates, discounts, formulary inclusion, and budget impact analysis to support client formularies.

The ideal candidate has a pharmacy degree with PBM/healthcare experience, and strong skills in contract negotiation, rebate forecasting, and cross-team collaboration. Moderate travel and remote work options are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D is preferred.
MBA or applicable degree or experience is desired.
5+ years PBM/Healthcare plan experience preferred.
Rebate contracting and formulary management experience.
Contract negotiation experience (Commercial, Medicaid, Part D) preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively build and maintain strong relationships across Pharma, customers, Navitus, and partners.
Ensure resources are in place to meet Navitus’ current and future needs.
Develop and implement strategies and action plans for a competitive Pharma contract structure.
Collaborate with Navitus operations to ensure rebate contracts are understood and issues resolved.
Lead pharma negotiations and explore opportunities to expand rebates for low net costs.
Lead, train and develop the team of Navitus Contractors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
