Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the Rebate Contractors team, manage pharma manufacturer relationships, and drive contract strategy for rebates and discounts supporting formulary inclusion. The role focuses on cost modeling, budget impact, and negotiating high-value contracts.
The ideal candidate has pharmacy credentials, PBM contracting experience, and strong leadership skills to guide the team and interact with Pharmacy and Drug
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D is preferred
- At least 5 years PBM/Healthcare plan experience with rebate contracting/formulary management
- Contract negotiation experience across Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare Part D preferred
Responsabilidades
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with pharma manufacturers, customers, Navitus and partners
- Ensure resources and processes exist to meet Navitus’ current and future needs
- Develop and implement strategies for a competitive pharma contract structure and related agreements, analytics and audits
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure rebates/discounts are understood and rebate issues are resolved
- Lead pharma negotiations to expand high-net rebates and discounts for low net cost PBM delivery
- Lead, train and develop the IRC team for career growth
