Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director of Industry Relations & Contracting to lead the rebate contracting team and strengthen relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D preferred; MBA or applicable degree preferred
• 5+ years PBM/Healthcare plan experience; rebate contracting/formulary management preferred
• 1+ year contract negotiation experience; Medicaid/Medicare Part D familiarity valued
• Licensed pharmacist ( Wisconsin licensure possible) or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Lead the IRC team to negotiate rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion
• Develop strategies for competitive pharma contracts meeting Navitus’ needs
• Provide P&T support with financial modeling and budget impact analyses
• Lead vendor relationships and ensure accuracy of rebates and cost modeling
• Coach and develop Navitus Contractors for career growth
