Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a provider compensation leader to drive the development and implementation of compensation philosophy, principles, and metrics across physicians and advanced practice providers.

You will oversee compensation initiatives, partner with leadership on plan updates, and mentor analytics/operational teams to ensure accuracy and standardization of methodologies across a multi-site healthcare system. A strong background in finance within healthcare is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in provider compensation or related healthcare finance functions.
• Experience leading teams and developing leaders in a matrix environment.
• Experience evaluating provider compensation models in a complex multi-site medical group.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of provider compensation philosophy and metrics.
• Oversees compensation initiatives and interprets existing plans.
• Serves as expert on provider compensation and market trends.
• Mentors analytics and advisory teams and oversees standardization of methodologies.
• Oversee annual reviews of compensation structures for fair market value.
