Job summary

Insight Global leadership team seeks a senior executive to oversee physician and advanced practice provider compensation programs across the health system. You will collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, finance, operations, and HR to ensure compensation plans are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years accounting or healthcare finance experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of physician compensation models and productivity metrics.
• Experience with financial modeling, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders and physician stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing provider compensation programs.
• Building compensation models and performing financial analysis.
• Reviewing provider compensation proposals and contracts.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and compensation analytics.
• Ensuring compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback, FMV, and commercial reasonableness standards.
• Advising leadership on compensation strategy, provider recruitment, and growth initiatives.
• Supporting practice acquisitions, integrations, and new service lines.
• Leading and developing the provider compensation team.
