Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Director of Provider Compensation to lead physician and advanced practice provider compensation strategy, governance, and administration across the health system in Georgia.

You will collaborate with physician leaders, finance, HR, and external consultants to align compensation with market practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals, while supporting recruitment and retention initiatives and contract administration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compensation, physician services, provider recruitment, healthcare finance, or related field are required.
• Three (3) years of leadership, project leadership, or management experience are required.

Aufgaben

• Leads governance processes related to physician and advanced practice provider compensation; reviews and interprets recommendations from external consulting and valuation firms.
• Serves as primary liaison with external physician compensation consultants and valuation firms; coordinates market reviews and fair market value assessments.
• Provides expert consultation on physician compensation strategy to executives and operational leaders; supports recruitment, retention, and growth initiatives.
• Oversees contract compensation administration and ensures alignment with approved methodologies and consultant recommendations.
• Maintains regulatory oversight for Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Fair Market Value, and Commercial Reasonableness; supports audits and governance requirements.
