Responsibilities

• Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
• Lead monthly review of Provider Compensation and Administrative Pay.
• Serve as primary contact with practice operators for compensation inquiries.
• Review reconciliations of provider payroll and wRVU data.
• Oversee provider compensation calculations and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory and business requirements with finance/legal/compliance partners.
