Job summary

Insight Global leadership team seeks a senior executive to oversee physician and advanced practice provider compensation programs across the health system. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years accounting or healthcare finance experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of physician compensation models and productivity metrics.
• Experience with financial modeling, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders and physician stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing provider compensation programs.

• Creating reports, dashboards, and compensation analytics.
