You will partner with executive teams to interpret plans, drive standardization, and ensure fair market value across physicians and APPs.

You will mentor analytics and advisory teams, manage compensation models for acquisitions and service lines, and lead annual reviews to maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred but not required for senior leadership role.
• Experience leading provider compensation in complex healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of provider compensation philosophy and metrics.
• Oversees compensation initiatives and partners with leadership on plan interpretation.
• Serves as subject-matter expert on provider compensation and market trends.
• Mentors teams responsible for analytics, advisory services and execution.
• Oversee standardized provider compensation methodologies for Physicians and APPs.
• Oversee physician compensation models, including acquisitions and service line development.
• Oversee annual reviews of compensation structures for market value and accuracy.
• Review calculations and assess impact of performance outcomes with leadership action plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve standardization, accuracy, and transparency of metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
