Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business proposal development.
• 2+ years of experience in the health plan, PBM, or healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of leadership experience delivering tangible results in a professional services environment.
• Large project management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of proposal opportunities and optimize resource allocation for responses.
• Oversee proposal content library and templates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Sales with consultative guidance on targeted strategies for competitive advantage.
• Lead client acquisition and retention efforts related to RFPs and related documents.
• Provide guidance to staff on performance guarantees and best practices.
• Oversee financial savings models and performance guarantees for RFPs.
