Job summary

Affirm is reinventing consumer credit and building the Affirm Card and Card Platform to unite debit, pay‑over‑time, and merchant integrations. We seek a Director of Product to own the Card domain end‑to‑end, shape strategy, and lead a high‑performing team delivering durable business outcomes across card products and the platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with leadership of multi‑team domains.
• Experience building high‑performing PM organizations.
• Ability to connect product decisions to company strategy.
• Experience in payments, cards, fintech or related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end and translate strategy into a clear roadmap.
• Lead US direct-to-consumer card products (Affirm Cards and in-app virtual cards).
• Oversee Card Platform (authorization, ledgering, servicing, controls) for D2C products and partners.
• Build and scale a high‑performing PM organization.
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain.
• Shape investment strategy and resource allocation across product areas.
• Partner with Finance and Credit to optimize profitability and risk.
• Drive platform capabilities (APIs, controls, servicing systems).
• Represent the Card domain in executive forums and planning cycles.
