Job summary

Affirm Card is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform—owning the end‑to‑end user experience, business outcomes, and the platform that powers card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations. This pillar‑level role requires 15+ years in product management, proven ability to build and scale PM teams, and a data‑driven, strategic mindset.

Qualifications

15+ years in product management, with experience leading multi‑team product areas or platforms.
Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.
Experience building and leading high‑performing PM teams and scalable processes.
Ability to connect product decisions to company strategy and drive cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

Own the Card domain end‑to‑end, defining multi‑year vision and roadmap.
Lead the US direct‑to‑consumer card products and Card Platform initiatives.
Build and scale a durable product organization with governance and standards.
Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and profitability in collaboration with Finance and Credit.
Lead platform strategy and execution, delivering APIs, controls, and servicing systems.
