Job summary

Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance. We’re seeking a Director of Product for the Affirm Card and Card Platform to own end-to-end user experience, business outcomes, and the platform powering issuance, authorization, servicing, and integrations.

Lead a high‑performing PM organization, define a multi‑year strategy, and drive cross‑functional execution at scale. This remote‑first role partners with Engineering, Design, Credit, Finance, Partnerships, and GTM.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management leading multi-team areas or platforms.
• Track record owning large domains or business lines with financial impact.
• Experience building PM teams and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end‑to‑end including consumer experience and economics.
• Define multi‑year vision and translate strategy into a coherent roadmap.
• Build and scale a high‑performing product organization and standards.
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain.
• Lead platform strategy and partner with engineering for scalable APIs and systems.
• Align stakeholders across functions and maintain external partner relationships.
