Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Engineering Leader to guide cross-functional teams in HR Technology, focusing on multi-cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and internal platforms. Qualifications

10+ years leading technology & engineering programs with cross-functional stakeholders and KPIs.
8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product, and PMO teams to influence product development.
4+ years of discovery sessions, workshops, demos, onboarding, and enablement activities.
2+ years in a leadership role coordinating cross-functional software teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery across portfolios.
Build and scale internal platforms, self-service tools, and developer experience.
Lead CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps to embed security and observability.
Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams and manage cloud spend budgets.
