Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field with 15 years of healthcare contracting, pharmacy finance or data analysis experience.
• Five years of management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and measurement of partner PBM deliverables, contract guarantees, and milestones.
• Lead cost and utilization analysis and benchmarking to manage cost of care and quality strategies.
• Account for informatics plans, data analysis programs, and enterprise-wide technology projects.
• Oversee reporting of metrics for benefits realization, ROI, and performance guarantees.
• Oversee pharmacy management dashboards and leading indicator reports including cost stewardship and PBM pricing.
• Oversee creation and application of financial models to forecast performance and improve efficiency.
• Offer high-level financial guidance on business strategy and management.
