• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field plus 15 years of health care contracting, pharmacy finance or data analysis and five years of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight of PBM deliverables, contracts and milestones.
• Lead cost/utilization analysis and benchmarking to guide strategy.
• Oversee informatics plans, data analysis programs and enterprise-wide tech initiatives.
• Develop financial models to forecast performance and improve efficiency.
• Lead dashboards and reports for cost, utilization and performance guarantees.
