Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a Director of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology to lead a cross-functional team driving data-driven decisions across pharmacy operations and vendor management.

You will shape informatics strategy, oversee analytics, and align technology with business goals to improve performance and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in pharmacy finance and data analysis, plus collaboration with finance, underwriting and compliance teams to

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field plus 15 years of healthcare contracting, pharmacy finance, or data analysis.
• 5 years of management experience or equivalent mix of education and leadership.
• Experience coordinating with finance, health informatics, underwriting, actuary and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight of partner PBM deliverables, contract guarantees and milestones.
• Lead cost and utilization analysis and benchmarking for cost-of-care management.
• Manage informatics plans, data analysis programs and enterprise technology projects.
• Oversee dashboards and reports measuring benefits realization, performance guarantees and pricing.
• Develop financial models to forecast performance and improve efficiency.
• Guide strategic partnerships and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Oversee rebate program and ensure data transmission to manufacturers; interface between pharmacy leadership and Cambia finance.
• Direct Pharmacy Informatics and technology teams; budget management and staff development.
