Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Pharm.D or equivalent credential and licensed in practice.
• Experience in patient care settings plus management or senior business roles in health care.
• Familiarity with Medicare/CMS regulations and healthcare financing dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage clinical pharmacy programs including Stars, HEDIS, and related quality initiatives.
• Lead cross-organizational teams and external vendors to achieve program goals.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations and service agreements.
• Provide reporting and analytics for program activities and maintain QA policies.
• Mentor direct reports and manage personnel, budgets, and project plans.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to optimize medication use and cost effectiveness.
