Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Services leader to guide clinical pharmacy programs across lines of business. The role oversees safety, quality, and affordability initiatives while coordinating with matrixed teams and external partners.

The position offers hybrid work options with multiple office locations and a strong focus on cost-effective prescribing, program development, and regulatory compliance. Leadership will mentor staff and drive organizational value.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D or B.S.) with licensure in practice state.
• Three years of patient care and management or business experience in a health care delivery setting.
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical pharmacy programs including Stars, HEDIS, and safety/quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ensure service levels meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide reporting, QA policies, and workflows for programs.
• Mentor staff and manage workload and performance.
• Coordinate with leadership on cost-effective prescribing and med-use improvement.
• Direct staff hiring, coaching, and budget oversight.
• Provide strategic direction and foster a positive team culture.
