Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a seasoned AD Product Manager in the Pharmacy team. You will lead strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of pharmacy capabilities, partnering across Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Technology, and Analytics to drive measurable outcomes.

You will manage Product Owners, translate business needs into executable initiatives, and collaborate with vendors to advance patient-centered and financially sustainable care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care, finance or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of product management or health plan ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team accountability.
• Translate strategic needs into prioritized capabilities and requirements.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Pharmacy capabilities.
• Coordinate PBM and vendor dependencies across teams.
• Use measures to evaluate performance and drive improvement.
• Drive end-to-end readiness including testing and regulatory readiness.
