You will oversee PBM contract compliance, vendor relationships, and financial modeling to improve efficiency and cost management while aligning with strategic goals. This hybrid role offers work-from-home options and regional office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field plus 15 years in health care contracting, pharmacy finance or data analysis.
• Five years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of PBM deliverables, contracts, and milestones.
• Lead cost/utilization analysis and benchmarking to manage cost of care trends.
• Oversee informatics plans, data analysis programs, and enterprise-wide tech projects.
• Create financial models to forecast performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Lead dashboards and reports for cost, utilization, and savings.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure value delivery.
