Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 2–8 years data analysis experience in healthcare or business systems.
• Experience with STARS and MES is strongly preferred for higher levels.
• Knowledge of provider data systems and reimbursement concepts is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify SQL; validate accuracy of reports.
• Analyze data on healthcare services, utilization, costs, trends, and revenue by various dimensions.
• Perform statistical analysis and model data; communicate results clearly.
• Maintain and develop information reporting systems; gather user requirements.
• Evaluate new products and processes for data integrity and reporting impact.
• Develop data validation routines for warehouse updates; ensure reliability.
• Train and support business analysts to improve reporting consistency.
• Make decisions on issues with significant corporate risk and deadlines.
