Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Services leader to drive clinical pharmacy programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will oversee safety, quality, and affordability initiatives across pharmacy, medical, and specialty medications.

You will supervise up to 10 direct reports, align vendor partnerships, and lead strategic efforts to optimize medication use while controlling costs; a strong background in clinical pharmacy and health economics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; Residency certificate or advanced degree preferred
• Three years of experience in patient care setting and management or business experience in managed health care
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs (Stars, HEDIS, eValu8) and related safety, quality, and affordability initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure program success
• Ensure service levels, client SLAs, and regulatory compliance
• Provide regular reporting and QA for programs, policies, and workflows
• Mentor and develop staff; manage workload and performance
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Directors and leadership to optimize medication use and cost
• Oversee hiring, coaching, budgeting, and resource allocation
