Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director Product Owner for Pharmacy to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of pharmacy capabilities that support an affordable, member-focused health care experience.

You will supervise Product Owners, partner with cross-functional leaders across Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and external vendors, and drive measurable outcomes in membership, operations, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to member needs, affordability, clinical outcomes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and delivery.
• Partner with pharmacy, business, and technology leaders to translate strategic and operational needs into prioritized capabilities and executable work.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Pharmacy capabilities across data, integration, vendor, and systems.
• Coordinate complex PBM and vendor dependencies, ensuring alignments across teams and readiness.
• Use financial, utilization, quality, member, and operational measures to evaluate performance and guide continuous improvement.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for pharmacy capabilities, including testing, regulatory readiness, and post-production stabilization.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure partner capabilities meet business needs.
