Optomi, in partnership with a leading global payments and financial services company, seeks a Sr. Manager / Director, Partner Marketing to build and scale the partner marketing function from the ground up.

The role focuses on developing strategy, processes, and programs to support a growing partner ecosystem within the payments and technology space, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner, channel or alliance marketing leading B2B technology programs.
• Proven track record with large strategic technology partners and joint marketing
• Experience building or scaling marketing programs, processes, and infrastructure
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with business goals and ecosystem growth.
• Build scalable marketing programs, calendars, and success metrics for expanding partners.
• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities based on strategic value and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on joint announcements, launches, campaigns, events, and demand generation.
• Proactively introduce new ways to leverage partnerships while balancing immediate needs with long-term strategy
