Global Payments is seeking a Director of Data Partnerships and Growth to expand our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth across data, analytics, and technology offerings. You will shape strategy, recruit and enable partners, and align cross-functional teams to execute joint go-to-market initiatives.

In this role, you build scalable programs, define targets, and measure success, balancing commercial objectives with partner value.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data, advertising technology, marketing technology, analytics or a related commercial ecosystem.
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships from strategy and partner selection through contracting, launch and ongoing execution.
• Strong contracting, negotiation skills with ability to align commercial terms with shared business objectives.
• Experience evaluating build/buy/partner decisions and translating to a clear go-to-market and commercialization strategy.
• Experience across sales strategy, commercialization and business development with scalable processes and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute the partner growth strategy across reseller, referral, alliance and technology partner channels to create new revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, enable and manage a portfolio of strategic partners that generates qualified pipeline and advances co-sell opportunities through close.
• Develop joint business plans, partner targets and performance metrics, with clear accountability for pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Design and manage scalable partner programs, incentives and engagement models that strengthen partner productivity and long-term value.
• Coordinate sales, product, legal, operations and other internal teams to support partner onboarding, deal registration, opportunity execution and ongoing partner success.
