Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Director, Data Partnerships and Growth to lead a high-impact partner ecosystem that expands data offerings and drives revenue growth. You will shape a comprehensive partner program and collaborate across sales, product, legal, and operations to enable successful co-sell opportunities.

The role focuses on building scalable partner strategies, onboarding and enabling partners, and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within data, advertising technology, marketing technology, analytics or related commercial ecosystem.
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships from strategy through contracting, launch and ongoing execution.
• Strong understanding of contracting, negotiation and partnership structures; align commercial terms with objectives.
• Experience evaluating build/buy/partner and translating that into GTM and commercialization strategy.
• Experience across sales strategy, commercialization and business development with scalable structures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the partner growth strategy across reseller, referral, alliance and technology partner channels to create new revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, enable and manage a portfolio of strategic partners that generates qualified pipeline and advances co-sell opportunities.
• Develop joint business plans, partner targets and performance metrics with accountability for pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Design and manage scalable partner programs, incentives and engagement models that strengthen partner productivity and long-term value.
• Coordinate sales, product, legal, operations and other internal teams to support partner onboarding, deal registration, opportunity execution and ongoing partner success.
