Global Payments seeks a Director, Data Partnerships and Growth to build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem, expanding the reach of our data and insights offerings and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You will drive joint plans, incentives and go-to-market programs across multiple partner types.

The role requires 5+ years in data/ads/marketing tech ecosystems and expertise in managing partnerships from strategy through execution, with strong contracting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience within data, advertising technology, marketing technology, analytics or a related commercial ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic partnerships from strategy through contracting, launch and ongoing execution.
• Strong understanding of contracting, negotiation and partnership structures; ability to align commercial terms with objectives.
• Experience evaluating build, buy or partner and translating into a clear go-to-market strategy.
• Experience across sales strategy, commercialization and business development with scalable processes.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute the partner growth strategy across reseller, referral, alliance and technology partner channels to create new revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, enable and manage a portfolio of strategic partners that generates qualified pipeline and advances co-sell opportunities through close.
• Develop joint business plans, partner targets and performance metrics, with accountability for pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Design and manage scalable partner programs, incentives and engagement models that strengthen partner productivity and value.
• Coordinate internal teams to support partner onboarding, deal registration, opportunity execution and ongoing partner success.
