Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Director of Operations - Fleet Response in Detroit (or Phoenix) to lead operations, manage campaigns, and drive client satisfaction. You will collaborate with multiple departments and senior leaders to ensure smooth delivery and scalable processes across programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and robust communication, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in BPO operations at director or VP level.
• Strong computer skills, especially Google Suite applications.
• Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build productive client relationships with strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct activities of campaigns with Operations Managers, Team Leaders and staff.
• Coordinate daily interactions across departments and management.
• Ensure staffing, training, and client service excellence across programs.
• Assist in developing procedures, goals, and plans to meet objectives.
