TaskUs seeks a Director of Operations to oversee Fleet Response campaigns across locations, ensuring top-tier client service. You will coordinate with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff to meet targets and maintain operational excellence.

Key duties include staff deployment, cross-department collaboration, and implementing policies. This role requires travel readiness and a proactive, people-first leadership approach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in the related field, ideally at Director or VP level in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Google Suite applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build productive client relationships with strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills.
  • Proven ability to scale operations and retain employees.
  • Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns with Operations Managers, Team Leaders and staff.
  • Interact regularly with all company departments and campaign leaders and the management team.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between staff and senior management.
  • Staff and manage the operations assigned.
  • Monitor staffing, provide coverage and training, and ensure excellent client service and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement individual and team goals and plans to achieve objectives.
  • Guide Operations Managers to meet team and individual goals.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist senior leadership in crafting operations procedures.

As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to these programs.

As Director Of Operations, You Will
  • Be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
  • Be responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
  • Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
  • Manage and staff the operations assigned.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of operations which include but are not limited to monitoring operations staffing, provide temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent clientele service, problem resolution and the like.
  • Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives.
  • Guide the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Senior Director of Operations /Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field preferably Director or VP level specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
  • Strong computer skills especially in using Google Suite applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and must have strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills. We need someone who possesses a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
  • Proven ability to scale operations, and strong experience at employee retention.
  • Flexibility to travel

Salary Range

$117,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.
