TaskUs in Detroit is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the AV Rider Assistance & Dispatch unit, managing day-to-day operations including performance, billing, and P&L while forecasting resources. Formación

• Two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years as an Operations Manager in high-stakes or safety-critical environments
• Autonomous Vehicle Experience is must
• Experience managing supervisors, coaching and developing teammates
• 20% travel required to support market launches, conduct field audits, and meet regional stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations for the AV Rider Assistance & Dispatch unit, including performance, billing, P&L and resource forecasting
• Lead a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Team Leads, coaching in leadership and AV literacy
• Design and scale response frameworks for AV challenges, including software-defined edge cases and hardware failures
• Drive KPI excellence across AV metrics while balancing business metrics like CSAT and AHT
• Meet with Senior Management and clients to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legal standards for autonomous transportation
• Own hiring and talent development, identifying top-notch analytical candidates
• Foster a culture prioritizing safety, innovation, and rapid adaptation to technological change
