Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a broad spectrum of BPO functions related to autonomous vehicle operations. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments and senior management to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a related field, proven ability to scale operations, and strong communication skills. The position is on-site in Detroit or Phoenix with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in BPO/autonomous vehicle operations.
• Strong computer skills, especially Google Suite applications.
• Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to scale operations and retain employees.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
• Be responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
• Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
• Manage and staff the operations assigned.
• Be responsible for all aspects of operations including monitoring operations staffing, provisioning coverage and training; provision of client service and problem resolution.
• Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives.
• Guide the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals.
• Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
• Assist in crafting operations procedures.

Salary Range

$117,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.

• Guide the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals.
• Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
• Assist the Senior Director of Operations /Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures.

Location

Phoenix or Detroit is required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the related field preferably Director or VP level specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
• Strong computer skills especially in using Google Suite applications.
• Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and must have strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills.
• We need someone who possesses a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
• Proven ability to scale operations, and strong experience at employee retention.
• Flexibility to travel.
