TaskUs in Detroit is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the AV Rider Assistance & Dispatch unit to manage day-to-day operations, including performance, billing and P&L. You will lead a high-performing team and scale response frameworks for AV challenges.

You will drive KPI excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and own hiring and talent development while traveling 20% for market launches and field audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Senior Operations Manager or 7+ years as Operations Manager in high-stakes environments.
• Autonomous Vehicle experience required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20%.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including performance, billing, and P&L.
• Lead and coach a team of operations managers and team leads.
• Design response frameworks for AV challenges and edge cases.
• Drive KPI excellence balancing safety and business metrics.
• Meet with senior management and clients to grow the business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for autonomous transportation.
• Own hiring and talent development pipeline.
• Foster safety, innovation, and rapid adaptation to tech change.
