Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an on-site Director of Member Relations at one campus. You will own the entire enrollment journey—from first inquiry through onboarding—engaging with families, guiding tours, and delivering final decisions in person.

You will manage 20+ active cases at different stages, run shadow days and info sessions, and keep HubSpot/SIS updated. Strong written and spoken communication with affluent families is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer at $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month
• Personally owned an enrollment/admission journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Told a prospective client not to buy or enroll when it wasn’t the right fit
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Communicated concisely and professionally with executives or high-net-worth individuals
• Led in-person tours, presentations, meetings, or hosted experiences for affluent families
• Built a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days with non-immediate enrollments
• Owned an enrollment or revenue target for at least 12 months with results
• Built a demand channel that brought in paying clients or enrolled families
• Willing to live in/open campus markets Los Angeles, La Jolla, or Malibu, CA; etc.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Carry 20+ active families at once, answer inquiries promptly, review applications daily
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admit/decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after every interaction; report pipeline health weekly
• Leverage AI tools to prep and summarize work
