Chobani is seeking a Director, Commercialization to drive market initiatives and support decision-making across NPD, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales. The role partners with the VP and cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable plans and to monitor performance across channels.

You will lead multi-year roadmaps, provide data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with internal functions to optimize processes and impact the marketplace. Travel about 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years CPG experience.
• Strong analytical, time & project management skills.
• Experience managing people.
• Proficient with Circana/NIQ data and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel 40%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market initiatives to drive sales and profit by aligning proposition, positioning, capabilities, and insights from cross-functional teams.
• Support market initiatives with discovery analysis, competitive intelligence, risk assessments, and launch frameworks.
• Activate retailer opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to generate initiatives for growth.
• Lead cross-functional roadmaps and quarterly portfolio reviews addressing evolving marketplace trends.
• Lead top-down volume guidance for new product launches and innovations.
• Develop content for retailer meetings and strengthen vendor/partner relationships.
