Chobani is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, promotion and trade strategy for its US product portfolio. The role partners with Sales and Customer Finance to optimize opportunities and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-growing CPG environment.

The incumbent will oversee forecasting, pricing architecture for innovations, and reporting infrastructure, while collaborating with Innovation and Supply Chain Finance to manage input costs and margins.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience in pricing and revenue management.
• Strong understanding of CPG trade: pricing and promotion planning, customer negotiation.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional exposure.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
• Ability to summarize findings from complex data.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Revenue Management team driving pricing, promotion, and trade strategy across product portfolio.
• Partner with sales and finance to assess opportunities and implement adjustments.
• Act as a thought-leader for trade programs across customers and channels.
• Maintain pricing dynamics insights and reporting infrastructure.
• Support annual and monthly planning processes with forecast adjustments.
• Develop tools to assess promo performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Establish pricing for innovation based on market research.
• Prepare for quarterly and monthly business reviews with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Category, Insights, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
