Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to develop category strategies for the Fruit Preparation category and align with our growth objectives. You will manage complex RFPs, supplier negotiations, and renewals from strategy through implementation, working closely with Innovation, R&D, and NPD teams.

You will lead multiple sourcing projects, build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive cost savings while ensuring quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Food Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of ingredient sourcing experience, preferably food ingredients.
• Experience leading sourcing events and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including should-cost modeling and market analysis.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for the Fruit Preparation category.
• Design and manage RFPs, supplier negotiations, and renewals.
• Partner with Innovation, R&D, and NPD teams for new product launches.
• Lead multiple sourcing projects with changing priorities and timelines.
• Maintain supplier relationships and drive quality, service, cost, and sustainability.
• Identify market trends and risks to develop mitigation and continuity plans.
• Manage supplier performance issues and risk escalation.
• Develop KPIs and reporting for supplier and category performance.
• Own supplier scorecards and quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee SAP pricing maintenance and resolve blocked invoices.
• Support monthly PPV analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements to increase procurement efficiency.
