Job summary

Chobani seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing and trade strategy across its US product portfolio, reporting to the SVP of Commercial Finance. You will analyze pricing effectiveness and establish architecture for innovations.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Finance, Innovation, and Supply Chain to turn data into recommendations, drive planning processes, and support leadership reviews in a fast-growth consumer-packaged goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Management experience required
• 10+ years total experience in pricing and revenue management within Consumer Packaged Goods
• Strong understanding of CPG trade: pricing and promotion planning, customer negotiation
• Strong leadership with cross-functional exposure / experience
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work with and summarize findings from complex data
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel (less than 20%)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Management team driving pricing, promotion, and trade strategy across the product portfolio
• Partner with sales and customer finance to assess opportunities and implement adjustments
• Act as thought-leader for trade program across customers and channels
• Understand marketplace dynamics and maintain reporting infrastructure
• Support annual and monthly planning in forecast adjustments
• Build and maintain tools to assess promo performance and identify improvements
• Establish pricing for innovation via market research
• Prepare quarterly and monthly business reviews with senior leadership
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Category, Insights, Marketing, Supply Chain
• Identify opportunities for organizational change
