Job summary

Chobani is seeking a strategic leader to head category management and commercialization for its expanded Retail team. You will translate market insights into winning retailer strategies, build robust reporting, and partner across functions to drive growth across products, categories and outlets.

In this high-visibility role, you will own assortment, pricing, trade programs, and shopper marketing strategy, shaping how Daily Harvest products stand out with retailers across the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading category management and commercialization in a retail environment.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and storytelling with data.
• Ability to translate market insights into retailer-ready strategies and actions.

Responsibilities

• Own category management and ensure Daily Harvest shows up as a valued category partner to retailers.
• Build and maintain sales and category reporting and performance materials.
• Develop actionable insights from syndicated data and retailer POS data to inform strategy.
• Serve as internal category expert, identifying whitespace, competitive pressures, and opportunities.
• Lead retailer presentations with data-driven selling stories and customized templates.
• Own assortment strategy and pricing/promotion analyses across channels and customers.
• Partner with Brand Director on shopper marketing strategy and cross-functional programs.
