Chobani, a leading dairy and wellness company, is expanding its Retail team to support a high-growth partnership with Daily Harvest. The Director of Category Management and Commercialization will drive category management, pricing strategy, and shopper insights to shape how products appear across retailers and categories.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into compelling retailer presentations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strategic, analytically driven contributor responsible for category management and commercialization across retail.
• Translate market insights, pricing dynamics, and shopper behavior into winning strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and retailer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own category management for Daily Harvest; ensure we are a valued category partner.
• Develop sales- and category-reporting materials and routines.
• Generate actionable insights from syndicated data and retailer POS data.
• Serve as internal category expert, identify white space, competitive pressures, and trend-driven opportunities.
• Create retailer presentations with data-driven stories and brand differentiators.
• Support assortment strategy, pricing, promotions, and ROI analysis.
• Lead shopper marketing strategy alignment with Brand Director and cross-functional teams.
