Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills is seeking a Director of Sales Experience to lead selling programs, drive team performance, and partner with store leadership to deliver a customer-centric experience aligned with Neiman Marcus standards.

You will oversee Client Development teams, set store-wide objectives with the Store GM, and collaborate with Brand Experience, Merchants, and Regional teams to achieve growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion.
• Prior retail senior management experience.
• Track record achieving results across multiple businesses.
• History of building, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Experience navigating corporate partners and presenting at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales program adoption and client development team performance.
• Communicate store vision and goals to all team members.
• Advocate Neiman Marcus values and maintain energised customer service standards.
• Partner with Client Development, Brand Experience, Merchants and Regional teams to drive store strategy.
• Support Store GM and lead Store Leadership Team meetings.
