- Minimum 7 years in technical solutions, professional services, software implementation, or related customer-facing roles.
- 3+ years in leadership/management.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the implementation organization, establishing scalable processes and consistent delivery standards across customer segments.
- Develop implementation strategies that accelerate time to value and product adoption.
- Build and motivate a high-performing implementation team across multiple locations.
- Oversee the complete customer implementation lifecycle from onboarding through full product adoption.
- Lead technical implementation projects including data migration and system integrations.
