• Lead implementation operations across SMB and mid-market segments, overseeing WFM and Payroll delivery.
• Scale processes and teams while maintaining quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Develop implementation managers and distributed teams, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Build scalable playbooks, KPIs, and dashboards to track throughput, quality, and cost per implementation.
• Drive AI, automation, and self-service adoption to reduce manual work and increase capacity.
