Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role in SaaS or technology (implementation, onboarding, or customer success).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain tech to non-experts.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose practical solutions.
• Comfort learning new software platforms and troubleshooting across tools.
• Strong organization, with the ability to manage priorities and document progress.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams across departments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Zoom, ClickUp, Intercom and similar tools.
• Willingness to align work hours with Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through implementation by understanding objectives and operational needs and drafting practical strategies.
• Support onboarding and adoption, configuring and using the software effectively.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and suggest practical configuration/workflows.
• Build strong relationships, communicate progress, and set clear next steps.
• Connect members with tools, resources, and services to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with cross-team colleagues to resolve issues and maintain a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, progress, and follow-ups.
• Suggest improvements to onboarding processes and training materials.
