Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Director, AI Enablement to lead internal AI strategy, adoption, and transformation across functions. The role blends strategic portfolio management with hands-on prototyping, partnering with IT, Legal, and executive stakeholders to prioritize investments and establish responsible AI practices.

You will prepare data readiness, manage budgets, drive adoption, and measure portfolio impact, reporting to IT leadership while coordinating with an AI steering

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge of AI agents, automation tools, and APIs.
• Ability to interpret architectures and assess proposed solutions.
• Fluent business and financial acumen aligning AI investments with priorities.
• Understanding AI solution patterns to redesign workflows and enable new models.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal AI portfolio from opportunity identification to adoption and performance measurement.
• Build prototypes using AI agents, automation platforms, and APIs to validate business value.
• Define evaluation frameworks, checkpoints, and measurable success criteria for AI solutions.
• Transition validated prototypes to implementation partners for production development.
• Develop adoption plans with business owners and establish accountability for outcomes.
• Provide quarterly reporting on benefits, outcomes, and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve data quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure security and integration standards.
