Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Account Director based in the United States to lead strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth across technology and digital engineering services.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, identify new opportunities, and guide digital transformation initiatives while ensuring security standards and effective delivery with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and at least five years of progressive experience in software/digital engineering.
• Proven experience managing client communications and growth opportunities.
• Knowledge of emerging digital technologies including AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT.
• Experience in IT-enabled services and digital transformation across Industry 4.0 domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and identify opportunities to expand revenue.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies (upsell/cross-sell).
• Build long-term relationships as a trusted technology advisor.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and digital teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with partners on design, planning, and delivery oversight.
• Conduct market and account research to identify growth opportunities.
• Promote engineering services and innovative solutions to modernize operations.
