Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director, Advisory Delivery Operations & Project Management based in the United States for a senior remote leadership role overseeing advisory service project management operations.

You will lead a team of project managers, establish standardized procedures, and drive operational excellence with technology and automation. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and executive communication skills.

Formación

• 10+ years of project management or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of external client-facing experience in consulting, professional services, technology, compliance, or related environment.
• 5+ years leading project managers, PM teams, or cross-functional delivery organizations as a player-coach.
• 3+ years applying technology and automation to process improvement.
• PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred; Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, CISM, Security+, AWS or GCP valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers with performance reviews and career development.
• Standardize project management procedures, reporting, and delivery optimization initiatives.
• Establish consistent project execution, governance, communication, and documentation across engagements.
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI capabilities to streamline workflows and efficiency.
• Create and maintain training materials; provide ongoing coaching throughout project lifecycles.
• Support delivery utilization targets and key performance indicators; identify operational improvements.
• Lead risk identification, reporting, mitigation planning, issue management, and escalation for high-risk clients.
