You will conduct virtual training, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver strong onboarding experiences in healthcare technology. This role emphasizes clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and rigorous project tracking to ensure client success across DDA/IDD programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DDA/IDD organizations.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Asana preferred.
